Father’s Day
It’s the perfect time of year to celebrate the loving and caring Men in our life. A Father is neither an anchor to hold us back nor a sail to take us there, but a guiding light whose love shows us the way.
Market Day
Pre Primary Environmental Science topics are made interesting through hands-on activities in the early years. At JGK Rajajinagar KG – 1 student set up their own vegetable & fruit market as reinforcement to the topic. “Healthy Food”.
Season Booth:
Learning about seasons of the year & their transition helps kids better comprehend how time works. Seasonal changes are very distinct in certain parts of the world, and this is a thing that the little ones notice from a young age.
Halloween Day:
Halloween is celebrated in October. It was a looked upon as a day for remembering the dead. It was a frightening night, when people believed ghosts come to haunt them & witches cast their spells. Families carried faces on the turnips & made huge bonfires to try to frighten off the evil spirits i.e. the ghost & witches.
Annual Day:
Annual day forms an integral part of our school activities. It is an occasion of celebration, felicitation, feast & festivities when students present not only their wonderful performances but also receive honours for their curricular & co-curricular achievements.
Sense Station:
To learn anything fast and effectively you have to see it, hear it & feel it.Throughout life children take in new information through their senses. They learn what’s they see, hear, touch, taste and smell. The more we help them develop the five acute senses the better the pathways will be made.
Musical Perception:
Auditory perception & voice development – Vocal enhancement & phonological awareness, effective communication skills. Enhance learning through music & rhythm
Field Trips:
Learning happens best when it’s experiential & hands-on. Our children enjoy learning & make lots of memories with carefully planned trips & visits.
World Fiesta:
They are going to learn about the Wonders Of The World. The wonders of the world mean structures or things that are different & unique. They can be temples, palaces and statues.

PMP:
The Perceptual Motor Program (PMP) is a step-by-step program, designed & individualized for the development of perceptual knowledge & judgement.
Perceptual knowledge/Judgement comes from physical & sensory experiences that are repeated to over & over. The perceptions that are formed over time help determine how children react to their environment, to others & to new ideas.
Grandparents Day::
It is a day dedicated to acknowledging & celebrating the important contribution made by Grandparents to the well being & education of children within their family. It is an opportunity for the family to show their gratitude & respect for the older generation & to honour grandparents.
Fine Motor Skills:
Fine motor skills involve the movement of the smaller muscle groups in your child’s hands, fingers & wrists.
Gross Motor Skills:
Gross motor skills involve the movement of the large muscle groups, like the arms & legs. It’s these large muscle groups that allow babies to sit up, turn over, crawl & walk.
